TCI - Title & Closing, Inc. in Bloomington, MN, formerly known as National Real Estate Information Services, Inc. - Midwest, was established in 1998.

Owners Patrick J. Nolan, III and Michael W. Daley each bring 30+ years of lending and title industry-related experience to TCI. Patrick Nolan serves as Principal and General Counsel. He oversees all technical and legal matters relative to all products and services, and manages all operations personnel. As Principal and CEO, Michael Daley oversees all financial and accounting responsibilities as well as sales and business development. Together they employ more than 90 employees in nine locations from their regional office in Bloomington, MN.

Our superior customer service department works with our market-specific abstracting staff to ensure 48-72 hour turnaround times on all title work regardless of location. In addition, our superior support staff ensures the smooth, professional handling of all products and services.

Our unique account closing system enables each client to work with his/her own permanent closer, allowing for a more personal relationship and strong foundation for business building. Our closers know their clients well and our clients appreciate the personalized service they receive.
